Hardscapes Inc. is owned and operated by Doug Loeppky, an installer with over 2 decades of experience in the paving stone and retaining wall industry. All of our employees are highly trained and among the best in the city of Winnipeg, having worked on some of Winnipeg's finest residential projects.
